Shipping Information

NZ orders are shipped at a flatrate of $5 per order*
Australian orders are shipped at a flatrate of $9 per order*
All other orders are shipped at a flatrate of $15 per order*

* For large orders or orders to countries where shipping cost is higher than expected we will contact you regarding extra shipping charges.

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us in its original condition within 2 weeks of receiving it. Before you return it, please let us know it is coming back and the reason for this. We are happy to offer a full refund of the product value but are unable to refund freight costs unless the return is a result of our error. We cannot refund your purchase unless it is in unused condition,  or if applicable sealed and in its original packaging. All return freight is the responsibility of the sender. Should you need to return anything, please contact us and we’ll provide return details.
