Pocket Nappies

  • 0 Units in Stock

Pocket Nappies:

Pocket nappies as the name suggests have a pocket where you place the absorbant materials (inserts).

Pocket nappies are usually made from PUL outer that is the waterproof layer. Microfleece/Suedecloth inner that wicks moisture through to the insert leaving baby dry. Some have an additional outer layer covering the pul, generally this layer is only for looks versus a function.

Pros:

Customise the inserts to your baby.

Add more inserts for night time/ long time usage.

Lots of fun and funky options.

Seperate inserts means drying time is shortened.

Very easy and quick to put on to baby.

Generally the easiest to explain to caregivers how to use.

Cost effective

Cons:

Can be fiddly stuffing nappies.

You have two seperate items to wash per nappy.

Whole nappy needs to be changed.
